- 24-Hour Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this, the order will have already been processed and can no longer be refunded.

Return Policy
- 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day guarantee for all eligible items. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- After 30 days from the date of delivery, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Conditions For Returns

- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt or confirmation email) is required.
Return Shipping
- Customers are resonsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as InnerGlow ™ is not responsible for any lost or undelivered return packages.
Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
